Elite Wave – Graphics Design Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any graphic design services provided by Elite Wave under shapkhana.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership & Copyright
Final designs become the client’s property only after full payment has been received.
Elite Wave may use drafts or final designs in its portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

2. Revision Policy
Each project includes up to 3 free revisions.
Any further revisions may be subject to additional charges, depending on the scope.
---
3. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required before the project begins. Remaining payment must be made before final file delivery.
No final files (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, etc.) will be delivered without full payment.

4. Refund Policy
Once design work has begun, no full refund will be issued.
Partial refunds may be considered in special cases but remain at the sole discretion of Elite Wave.

5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be provided before starting.
Delays caused by late feedback, unclear instructions, or content from the client are not Elite Wave’s responsibility.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
Clear communication and timely feedback are crucial for successful delivery.

7. Use of Third-party Elements
If stock images, fonts, or illustrations are used, licenses may need to be purchased separately.
The client is responsible for any legal issues that arise from unlicensed use if they provide such elements.

8. Design Use Restrictions
You may not use any design from Elite Wave for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel projects that go against our values or community standards.

9. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Changes to Terms
Elite Wave may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at shapkhana.com
